Services for Individual Athletes

A consultation typically lasts about an hour. The time and location of the meeting will be arranged on an individual basis. Consultation by phone can also be arranged.

Prior to the consultation, the athlete will be provided with a 'daily diet & activity diary' to fill out for 3-5 representative days. If possible, this diary should be returned at least two days prior to the appointment. This diary is not required, but it enables a more personalized nutrition strategy to be developed.

The athlete will receive an individualized set of specific nutritional strategies that are tailored to his/her age, size, condition, physical activity, and food choice preferences.. The strategies most appropriate to the athlete's goals will be provided in writing, along with a detailed verbal explanation.
